The National Training Strategy commissioned a training video of how not to run council meetings at a local (parish and town) council level.
Whilst the video is some years old, a lot of the faux pas shown are still happening today.
Some of you may even recognise the actors; Jeff Rawle, Josie Kidd, Geoffrey Whitehead, Stephen Moore from TV programmes such as Midsummer Murders, Death in Paradise.
